Group Connection Embodiment Retreats have been designed for groups, organizations and co-workers to take a time out and reconnect with self, and with others in the group.
Most of us have the great gift and pleasure of loving our work! Yet there are times when we all need to push the pause button, and get away from the every day.
Sometimes this needs to be with the people that we work with, so that we can all refresh and move to new heights within ourselves and with our projects.
These retreats can be made into a full day or a weekend session.
Other modalities such as Yoga, Pilates, Partner and Small Group work, and any Urban Soul Playshops can be made a part of the retreat. We will use movement and embodiment techniques, as studies are showing these methods now to be paramount in creating emotional wellness and strong cognitive function.
Creativity & Innovation Cafe
There is no denying that creativity sits at the very heart of all innovation. Many organizations have discovered that engaging in more arts-based learning practices has helped to shift attitudes, clear assumptions, and create fresh and fertile ground for new projects to take root.
The Creativity & Innovation Cafe will help with the process of bringing out the inner artist. Learn to re-frame problems within problem solving, uncover and bridge relationships between events and ideas, and use all of your senses to reveal insights.
Lead the way to change and growth through inspiration, motivation, and appreciative engagement!
Weaving Common Ground
What to do when you have a large amount of multi-talented people with lots of ideas to call their own? How do you bring all of these ideas together in a way that everyone will feel heard, and the best nuggets of inspiration and innovation will be allowed to shine?
Through close collaboration, there can be a nurturing forum for exchanging knowledge, cooperation and consensus, identifying and overcoming barriers, and decision making.
Create networks and foster relationships that will build upon trust and innovation!
Waves, Words & Muses
This retreat will cover the fine arts of Brainstorming and Public Speaking. How do we get comfortable with not only our voices, but with communicating inspiration?
Creativity requires the use of whole-brain thinking - the right brain covers intuition and artistry, while the left brain covers logic, planning, and linear thinking. It takes skill to bring these into balance with each other, but the results and benefits of doing so are rich in scope.
Learn how to foster creativity, tune into natural and creative rhythms, recognize when 'stifling' is happening and how to prevent it, and gain new insights into problem solving skills!
